Project Overview

Filmore Experience needed a mobile app that let their audience explore curated cultural experiences — events, venues, and local recommendations — all in one place. The brief called for a clean, fast iOS and Android app with intuitive navigation and a design that matched the brand’s editorial feel.

What We Built

• Discover feed — personalised event and venue recommendations surfaced by location and user preferences
• Experience profiles — rich detail pages for each venue and event, with photos, descriptions, and booking links
• Save & share — users can bookmark experiences and share them directly from the app
• Push notifications — timely alerts for saved experiences, new content, and local events

Approach

We started with a discovery phase — mapping user journeys, defining the core use cases, and wireframing the app’s information architecture before any production design began. The final build used React Native for cross-platform coverage, keeping a single codebase while delivering a native-quality experience on both iOS and Android.

Result

The app launched on the App Store and Google Play with a consistent design and smooth performance on both platforms. The Filmore Experience team now manages their content through a custom admin panel connected to the app’s backend.
